Gervasoni: Fantasy interior interpretations by Paola Navone

Nov 27, 2020

It's always interesting how furniture 'lives'.  Do pieces from different collections fit together or overlap? Do they complement the overall picture or do they come to the fore? Do they look harmonious or blatant and provocative?

As the creative director of Gervasoni, Paola Navone knows all the nuances of interaction and each time offers a new interpretation of well-known interior pieces. For the Fall/Winter 2020 season, the designer completely transforms the flagship showroom on via Durini in Milan. The result is a soft and airy interior. There is a lot of light, a lot of space, plenty of pastel colours and - as usual - a complex play of textures. The Italian factory's bestsellers (the Brick, Ghost and Moon collections) sound unexpected and very original. The Next collection delights with new materials and finishes: a version with a hand-polished aluminium base is complemented by a new model with powder-coated white or blue colour.

And, of course, there is also the new 2020 model in the showroom. - The LOLL collection. This is a family of cosy sofas, armchairs, loungers and ottomans, first shown to the public at the Paris exhibition in September this year. Already available to order.
