Baxter - for energetic people with a sense of style

Italian expression and street style are the main features of this project. The apartments are located in the Barrin House residential complex, built in the heart of historic Moscow. But the soul of the interior is Mediterranean, with bright art objects, expressive finishes and textures, and an abundance of Italian premium furniture. Among others, the designer gives preference to the furniture brand Baxter, which is as widely represented in the furnishings as possible: a table, chairs, coffee tables, a sideboard and even a chandelier.
The minimalist tables by Jove and Loren could well be used outdoors, but become a design feature in this space. The round tops of Jove's tables are set on a truncated cone-shaped base made from a special anthracite grey cement mix. Such an unusual construction makes the piece look original and bright. The Loren side table is also a striking model with a blackened brass base. Designed by creative duo Draga&Aurel back in 2014, it is still one of the brand's best-selling models.

The Gemma chairs were designed for Baxter by the same design studio. The design - with its original metal frame and separate seat and backrest - is one of the brand's most recognisable.

The luxurious Lais pendant luminaire is made of imitation brass metal. The small square shades are covered in gilding. Baxter Lais visually illuminates the dining table and adds a touch of art deco to the room.

Of the upholstered furniture, the preference is for Minotti products. The modular Freeman Lounge system made it possible to create a flexible space, easily adaptable to current purposes. The sofa frame is made of quality wood, the base with legs is made of durable metal. The upholstered elements have flowing, enveloping lines and are complemented by extra-soft cushions, ideal for relaxing. Decorative stitching sets a uniform graphic motif on the one-piece seats.
