New Living Divani at Supersalone

The Living Divani factory stand at Supersalone showcases new products by Italian genius Piero Lissoni. The display pays tribute to the brand's quiet elegance, able to combine geometric fusion and everyday comfort. In the centre, the Sumo sofa is displayed on a pedestal. The model was designed by Lissoni in 2020, and the author himself describes it as a "paradox". The slim seat floats above the floor and looks like an aeroplane wing or a curved lens. It is flanked by cushions, a simple and highly functional element that, at first glance, couldn't possibly complement such a delicate seat.
In 2021 the line was completed with a daybed, a bench, a low table and an armchair with a unique silhouette, which are also on display.
Rounding out the composition is the spectacular Sailor shelving unit, a model from the collection of designer David Lopez Quincos. It is based on the classic bookcase concept, but presents a lighter, more adaptable system. The hypnotic rhythm of the shelves is interrupted by wooden drawers with a hinged door. According to the designer, the inspiration for the latter came from the nautical world: the shelf has a curved, ship-like shape. The locking points on the shelves and uprights are decorated with elegant bronze tips. Modular size grid allows you to choose the best option for living room, study or bedroom.
